While our first-floor restaurant focuses on refined British dining, our Pontoon Kitchen delivers fresh, bold, seasonal dishes in a more relaxed setting — think vibrant small plates, sharing boards, oysters, and brunches, all served right on the water. We’re now looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join the team running the Pontoon Kitchen, taking ownership of your section, maintaining quality under pressure, and contributing to a kitchen that delivers 200 covers a day at peak times — all while pushing for excellence in everything we do.
