About the Role
This role is based at Luxborough Court School, a purpose‑built special schools registered for 150 pupils aged 5‑19 with autism. The school offers extensive indoor and outdoor spaces, a large sports hall, bespoke 6th‑form suite and dedicated therapeutic intervention rooms.
As part of a multidisciplinary clinical team you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation you will deliver individualised interventions and engage with young people, facilitating their development and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams.
* Design and implement therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
* Support the creation of clinically informed living and learning environments.
* Supervise, champion professional development and contribute to a leading clinical learning programme.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
* Experience delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
* Proven ability to support teams around a child or young person to ensure they are provided with clinically informed living and learning environments.
* Strong leadership, training and organisational skills, confident in engaging and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
