We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimise the performance of our franchise network — ensuring the highest standards of service, availability and customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the service delivery function and supporting our franchise engineers
* Driving performance, quality and operational efficiency
* Managing escalations and solving complex service challenges
* Recruiting, onboarding and developing high-calibre franchise partners
* Using data and insight to improve customer outcomes and operational performance
We’d love to hear from you if you
* Have experience in service delivery or operations management
* Have worked with engineers or field-based teams
* Are a strong relationship builder who can challenge and support stakeholders
* Thrive in fast-paced operational environments
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
