Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to join our Petersfield office. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding our IFA client base, fostering strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Gaining a deep understanding of the UK and International IFA markets, of investment products and your ability to deliver tailored solutions will be key to your success. A combination of telephone-based and face-to-face engagement with IFAs is essential to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the investment market.
* Understand client needs and deliver customised product solutions that align with their investment objectives.
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.
* Handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about our offerings.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
* Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting our clients.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive sales efforts.
* Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client proposals.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales or account management within the financial services industry would be advantageous.
* Previous experience in telephone sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
* Strong understanding of structured financial products and their market applications.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Relevant qualifications in finance or business management are desirable but not essential.
