Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality food across service by:
11. Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
12. Supporting daily kitchen operations during busy service periods
13. Working closely with the wider brigade to maintain smooth service
14. Contributing ideas for specials and menu improvements
15. Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
16. Supporting junior team members where required

17. Previous chef experience within the leisure and hospitality sector
18. Strong organisational and communication skills
19. A positive, proactive attitude in a busy kitchen environment
20. Confidence delivering excellent customer-focused food standards
