Reporting to the Student Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the face-to-face support of students studying via a blended mode, whilst also supporting the finance team with specific responsibility for student funding.
You will also work proactively in collaboration with colleagues to ensure the highest levels of support and advice are provided in student funding.

About You:
We would like to hear from you if you are an enthusiastic and proactive individual, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timescales. You will also need to demonstrate excellent customer service experience along with excel and data reporting skills.
You will be collaborating with other teams across Finance and the wider Arden University business, and strive for continuous process improvement. It's an exciting time to join the Student Finance team as we continue to grow as a team and an organisation.
