We are seeking a SAP HR & Payroll Support Analyst for a leading client based in Birmingham. This role involves delivering support for HR and Payroll systems, focusing on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing SAP HR and Payroll features to ensure smooth payroll processing and efficient HR operations.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing SAP support, including troubleshooting and configuration.
2. Supporting SAP HR Payroll, SAP Time & Attendance, and SAP SuccessFactors.
3. Configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
4. Supporting Payroll operations and HR master data management.
5. Managing SAP system upgrades, patches, and testing.
6. Ensuring compliance with GDPR and Data Security Regulations.
7. Supporting HR Shared Services and creating functional specifications for ABAP development.
8. Utilizing SAP Query and Reporting Tools.
9. Understanding third-party payroll integrations.
