The successful candidate must demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused approach, with a sound understanding of international recruitment, marketing, and, most importantly, student conversion.
This position primarily focuses on conversion activities while also assisting in the recruitment of fee-paying students based overseas. The role is largely desk-based and involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
* Sending targeted communications to stakeholders using a CRM system.
* Engaging directly with prospective students through email, telephone, and video calls.
* Assisting with content creation for marketing initiatives and CRM communications.
* Reporting on the performance and effectiveness of campaigns.
The role also includes supporting the International recruitment team in organising online events and managing enquiries generated through recruitment activities.
Strong organisational, communication, administrative, and customer service skills are essential, along with an understanding of the needs of a diverse, multicultural international student population. Key attributes for success in this role include proactivity, flexibility, enthusiasm, resilience, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
