The Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Assistant General Manager to join a fantastic cocktail bar in Central London. This is a brilliant role for someone already operating at AGM level within cocktail bars or premium pubs/bars, looking to take the next step in a vibrant, high-quality venue. You will play a key role in supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the venue, delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a strong team.

5. Strong focus on guest experience and service standards
6. Proven ability to lead, train and develop teams
7. Confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment

9. Support the General Manager in the daily operations of a busy cocktail bar
10. Deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain high service standards
