THE ROLE:
In this role, you will play a central part in supporting both families and individuals as they navigate significant life decisions. You will lead clients through matters such as probate, will drafting, inheritance tax planning, trusts, and Court of Protection issues.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified Solicitor with a genuine interest in private client work. You should have a solid grounding in wills, trusts, and probate, gained through your training contract or previous experience, and demonstrate a willingness to continue building your expertise in these areas. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities will be key to your success. You will also be eager to contribute to the firm’s growth through client care and business development, while developing your skills within a supportive and structured environment.
