Big Motoring World is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. We are looking for a versatile Project Manager / Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering projects that drive real business value. This is not just an IT role you'll be at the centre of change across the organisation, helping us evolve the way we work and grow.

What You'll Be Doing
* Working within business workstreams to deliver projects to achieve the transformation vision of the organisation
* Ensure all projects meet governance requirements and keep the project board updated as to progress
* Collaborate with business functions to coordinate activities to deliver initiatives and specifically with IT to define and deliver IT requirements
* Lead the design, implementation and testing of both small and large projects, managing from conception to post-implementation.
* Conduct UAT testing of products and services to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
* Embed changes into the business and monitor their success post implementation
* Develop and enhance processes around business change.
What We're Looking For (Essential)
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in BA/PM roles with experience of both or combined.
* Experience of working in agile methodology
* A positive can-do attitude, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
* Confidence to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
* Highly organised, with excellent time management skills able to prioritise and context switch between projects.
* Project management certification (desirable)
* BCS certified in business analysis (desirable)
* Working knowledge of the Automotive Industry (desirable)
