The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Account Manager / Account Director (EMEA) to manage and grow one of our key strategic client accounts in the global Geo-Mapping and Drive Operations (DriveOps) sector.
This individual will serve as the primary client relationship owner — responsible for nurturing partnerships, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving commercial success across multiple EMEA markets. You will work closely with the internal Operations Manager and delivery teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and operational performance against agreed KPIs.
Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders within the client organisation.
* Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication, account reviews, and performance updates.
* Proactively identify new opportunities to expand services and strengthen the partnership.
* Drive account growth by maximizing revenue and profitability across existing and new business areas.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans in alignment with client objectives and internal business goals.
* Negotiate commercial terms and ensure all contractual and compliance obligations are met.
* Partner closely with the Operations Manager to ensure day-to-day operational delivery and field execution run smoothly across EMEA markets.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels — daily, weekly, and monthly — ensuring data accuracy and performance visibility.
* Lead regular performance and review meetings with the client and internal teams to maintain service excellence.
* Work collaboratively with recruitment, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery and resolution of challenges.
* Address and resolve complex client issues with a solutions-oriented and proactive approach.
* Support the continuous improvement of processes and account governance structures.
Required Experience & Skills
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial or sales-focused role within the recruitment agency or external staffing industry.
* Proven track record of managing and growing large-scale, complex client accounts, ideally within logistics, field operations, or workforce-based environments.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in strategic account development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment across multiple time zones and markets.
* Experience of managing large scale complex logistics/field operations based clients preferred.
