We're looking for a Company Secretary / Senior Corporate Governance Solutions for a leading US law firm. This role will be for their UK team, based in London (hybrid).
The perfect candidate has:
* ICSA/CGI qualification (or at least achieved part one)
* 2+ years' secretarial experience in a Law firm/professional services firm or in-house.
* Commutable to London, or willing to relocate (this is a hybrid role)
