The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the delivery of NEC-based projects across major airport infrastructure works, working closely with senior commercial staff and project teams. This role offers hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle, making it ideal for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to build a strong commercial foundation.

The Role?
* Assisting with cost planning, budgeting and feasibility estimates
* Supporting NEC contract administration and compliance
* Assisting with procurement and tender documentation
* Monitoring project costs, variations and change control
* Supporting valuations, applications for payment and final accounts
* Preparing cost reports and financial updates
* Working closely with clients, contractors and project teams
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor?
The ideal Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to develop within a consultancy setting.
Requirements?
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
* Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Assistant Quantity Surveyor role
* Exposure to NEC contracts (preferred)
* An interest in infrastructure or aviation projects
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Progress towards or ambition to achieve MRICS
