You’ll develop deep client relationships and help unlock our wider service offering.
Responsibilities
As FR Advisory Director, you’ll lead the regional Financial Reporting (FR) Advisory efforts, share ownership with the local regional Partner to grow the region’s share of national FR Advisory revenues, and act as the technical lead on local and national advisory projects. You will manage client relationships, contribute to the growth of a leading National FR Advisory practice, and support fellow Directors and regional Partners with practice management to ensure smooth operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of innovative solutions and make a measurable impact.
You’ll join the national Financial Reporting team, empowering CFOs and finance teams to excel, alleviate accounting and financial reporting pressures, and foster trust in reporting that underpins critical business decisions. Your role includes growing the region’s FR Advisory revenues toward targets in the National FR Advisory plan.
Qualifications
* ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent overseas qualification.
* Extensive working knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, including IFRS 9, 15 and 16.
* Significant experience in a senior role delivering financial reporting advisory solutions, statutory accounts preparation or audit services to complex businesses.
* Proven experience managing a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and project teams within a project management framework.
* Business development experience – able to identify and convert opportunities to sell work.
