We work with colleges across Swansea and South Wales. The roles are temporary ongoing during term times and hours can be part-time and full-time depending on availability at the college.

Successful Teaching Assistants will have the following skills and qualifications:
1. Minimum Level 2 qualification as a Teaching Assistant - desirable
2. Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English & Maths
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage challenging behaviour
5. Experience working with adults/teenagers or children with special education needs
6. Excellent administrative and organisational skills
