What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Support the day to day warehouse operation by carrying out inbound, outbound and stock control activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Pick and pack products accurately for retail delivery orders, handling stock with care and a high level of attention to detail
* Work efficiently and flexibly to meet operational KPIs and targets, both independently and as part of a wider team
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment by following all Safe Systems of Work, Standard Operating Procedures and hygiene requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous warehouse experience and FLT licences would be an advantage but are not essential
* A self motivated and reliable approach, with the ability to work honestly and with integrity at all times
* The flexibility to work at pace in a busy warehouse environment, meeting targets and operational demands
* The ability to work safely both independently and as part of a team, with a focused, quality‑driven approach and strong attention to detail
