Due to continued growth, a market leading business in Frome is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to strengthen its team.
Your new role
1. Preparation of monthly accounting base data and supporting the preparation of the monthly management accounts
2. Preparation and distribution of weekly sales reporting
3. Processing invoices on internal systems
4. Maintaining capital expenditure records
5. Submitting routine ONS reports when requested
6. Assisting with customs declarations to ensure uninterrupted supply of imported finished goods and raw materials
7. Other general administration for the immediate and wider office team
What you'll need to succeed
8. Good understanding of IT systems and software. Proficiency in MS Excel is of particular importance.
9. Ability to prioritise and organise a large work load
10. Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills and capable of explaining information simply to Finance, Operational and other non-finance staff
11. Proven experience in a similar role
