The Role
This is a key position within our business, responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy and maintaining full compliance across our workforce. Youll play an important role in supporting both our candidates and internal team, helping to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing weekly and/or monthly payroll accurately and on time
* Managing timesheets and resolving payroll queries
* Ensuring all candidate compliance documentation is complete and up to date
* Conducting right-to-work checks and maintaining compliance records
* Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to industry regulations
* Liaising with consultants, candidates, and external providers as needed
* Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
About You
1. Previous experience in payroll and/or compliance within recruitment or a similar environment
2. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
