Location: Covering 4 services in Dorset & 2 on the Isle of Wight Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Sector: Residential & Nursing Care (Non-nursing applicants welcome) About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of six care homes - four in Dorset and two on the Isle of Wight. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of six care homes (5 residential, 1 nursing) Provide support, supervision, and guidance to Home Managers Ensure homes meet and exceed regulatory standards and business KPIs Lead quality and compliance audits across all services Drive occupancy, financial performance, and staff retention Foster a positive, resident-focused culture in each service Represent the organisation with external partners, families, and regulators Lead strategic planning in line with company objectives Support services through inspections, staffing challenges, and growth phases About You: Experienced regional or multi-site manager within the adult social care sector Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards Proven track record of improving quality and performance across services Nurse qualification NOT essential Willingness to travel across Dorset and the Isle of Wight as needed Commercially aware and capable of balancing quality with performance Why Join Us?
