Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00 and Friday 08:00–12:30 (there is flexibility on start and finish times).

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Driving project delivery within the company’s lifecycle framework and ensuring compliance with all processes
Leading and motivating teams to achieve on-time, on-cost, and on-quality results for prototypes and production
Defining project scope, objectives, and resource plans while managing budgets and timelines
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritise objectives and resolve conflicts effectively
Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track
Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and ensuring satisfaction through transparent updates
Preparing and reporting departmental KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and quality teams to deliver final solutions to manufacturing
Conducting occasional client and supplier visits to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment
Performing any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager
As a Project Manager, your experience will include:
Formal qualification in project management or proven experience in similar roles
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced manufacturing environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving ability and a methodical approach
Computer literacy and experience with MRP systems (advantageous)
Engineering degree or relevant technical background (preferred)
