Understands the importance of children’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and be proactive in supporting children. Is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Is brimming with ideas and enthusiasm and has excellent subject knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. Is committed to their own personal and professional development.
