Warehouse Team Leader We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role, supporting day-to-day warehouse activities while leading a small team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Working Hours:08:00 – 16:0030-minute unpaid breakKey Responsibilities:
* Leading and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
* Overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure productivity targets are met
* Allocating tasks and monitoring performance
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
* Supporting loading, unloading, and stock movement where required
* Assisting with general warehouse duties and problem solving on shift
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
* Ideally hold a valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence or be willing to be trained
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
