This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
At giffgaff, our members (that’s what we call our customers) are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a curious, ambitious CRM Executive to join our team and help us deliver personalised, engaging campaigns that drive loyalty and growth.
Responsibilities:
* Craft and deliver multi-channel communications – from flagship phone launches to data promotions – ensuring the right message reaches the right members at the right time.
* Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, analyse performance, uncover insights, and continuously improve the member experience.
* Partner with handset vendors and campaign technicians to bring creative ideas to life, refine communication requests, and help shape the CRM strategy that keeps our members engaged and connected.
The must-haves:
* Previous experience in CRM marketing and member experience, preferably in a customer-centric industry.
* Outstanding organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
* Motivated self-starter.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
