Account Manager – Hubexo

Location: Newcastle (Flexible Working – 3 days in office)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Directly work with clients to grow their engagement in Hubexo’s NBS portfolio.

About the Role

We don’t hire account managers to keep things ticking over – we hire them to make a measurable difference. As an Account Manager for our Specifier portfolio, you’ll own your customers’ success, retention, and growth.


Responsibilities

* Achieve and exceed renewal and upsell targets.
* Build loyalty and trust by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Become an expert in Hubexo’s NBS portfolio and use it to solve real problems.
* Secure appointments, run high‑impact demos, and hold quarterly account reviews that inspire action.
* Track industry trends and turn them into growth opportunities before competitors do.
* Act as the voice of customers internally to influence change.
* Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver outcomes.
* Represent Hubexo at events, networking opportunities, and client meetings with confidence.


Qualifications

* Proven account management track record with retention and upsell wins backed by numbers.
* Commercially minded, customer‑obsessed, and relentless in pursuit of results.
* Skilled at uncovering needs and translating them into business value.
* Confident negotiator and influencer with gravitas at all levels.
* Exceptional presentation skills – owns the room, both virtual and in person.
* Organised and resilient, delivering under pressure without dropping the ball.
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Experience in construction or subscription business (desirable).
* Full UK driving licence (desirable).
