Monitoring and troubleshooting personnel requirements versus availability, providing utilisation reports to the Operations Manager weekly. Managing industry certification requirements, travel documentation, and client training compliance. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while maintaining travel risk assessments and cost tracking within project scopes.
