Shift Pattern – Rotating Days & Nights
We run a consistent 28-day rolling shift pattern with both day and night shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am):
1. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
2. Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
3. Then it repeats – 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks.

5. Shift allowance: £1,056 per year (extra 50p per hour)
6. Overtime paid at English lessons (if needed)

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in our warehouse team – keeping things moving, accurate, and safe. That includes:
12. Loading and unloading vehicles
13. Picking and packing orders
14. Use of pump trucks and forklifts
15. Achieving daily KPI’s and rotating stock
16. Keeping the warehouse safe and tidy, meeting required standards
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
We’re after reliable, hands-on people who are ready to get stuck in. You’ll need:
17. Experience working in a warehouse environment
18. The ability to safely lift and move goods – this is a physical job
19. Confidence using a pump truck
20. A forklift licence is desirable (if not already qualified, you will be trained after probation
21. You must be 18 or over (for insurance purposes)
