Job Description
The Strategic OD Business Partner will:
* Develop and implement organisational development strategies aligned with business goals.
* Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure future readiness and capability.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to drive cultural and behavioural change.
* Design and deliver employee engagement programmes to improve satisfaction and retention.
* Provide expert advice on leadership development and talent management strategies.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Manage a small team of advisors.
* Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all HR activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Strategic OD Business Partner should have:
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience in organisational development or strategic HR roles within the public sector.
* Strong knowledge of workforce planning and change management principles.
* Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders effectively.
* A track record of implementing successful employee engagement initiatives.
* Passion for driving equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
