Job Description Marketing Manager Overview Our client is looking for a creative, proactive, adaptable, and results-focused marketing professional who is a collaborative team player committed to delivering impact. They are a fast-growing professional services firm and require a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing strategy and delivery. In this hands-on role, you will shape campaigns, strengthen the brand, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth. Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns, including digital, print, events, advertising, and thought leadership content. Oversee content creation for website, social media, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics to inform future activity. Conduct market research and customer insight to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness. Manage the marketing budget to prioritise spend on initiatives that deliver maximum impact. Build strong working relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Act as an ambassador for the firm at events, conferences, and trade shows. Support continuous improvement by testing new marketing ideas, tools, and channels. Ensure all marketing activity is on-brand, consistent, and meets high-quality standards. Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing ideas and best practices with colleagues. Qualifications 5 years’ marketing experience. Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong data skills ; able to interpret insights and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable with marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital technology. B2B or professional services marketing experience advantageous. Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is advantageous (MBA a bonus).
