Based in Glossop, on the edge of the Peak District and within easy reach of Greater Manchester, the People Administrator plays a key role in delivering accurate HR administration and colleague lifecycle support at Flair Rugs. From onboarding and recruitment administration to HR systems, data and colleague queries, this role helps keep our People operations organised, compliant and running smoothly every day.
We're Purpose Driven. Since 1984 we've grown to become the largest in our sector and we've carried the same spirit with us every step of the way. We're proud of our diverse passionate team and the way we collaborate to make things happen. Our carefully crafted rugs are the centrepieces that bring rooms and people together. And that togetherness is the very essence of who we are.
You'll Grow With Us. This role offers real exposure across the full colleague
lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to data, reporting and projects. Over time, you will build confidence in people systems, develop insight from data and become a trusted first point of contact across the business.
