Teamforce Labour are actively seeking a Civils Site Agent for immediate start in Leiston.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing earthworks, drainage, and excavation (highways) operations
* Managing on-site teams and subcontractors
* Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
* Supporting the delivery of works to programme and quality standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience in earthworks, highways excavation, and drainage
* Strong leadership and site coordination skills
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Engineering background preferred (not essential)
Certifications & Training Required:
* CSCS (Black or Gold Card preferred)
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* First Aid at Work (3-day)
* Temporary Works Supervisor (desirable)
