The Role:
* Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
* Allocate and optimise resources (labour, plant, and materials) to improve project productivity.
* Monitor project progress, highlight risks, and provide accurate progress reports, forecasts, and recovery plans.
* Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure realistic and achievable programmes.
* Assess the impact of design or scope changes, conducting time-risk analysis and developing mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with NEC contract principles and industry best practices.
* Support tender processes by preparing tender programmes and contributing to bid deliverables.
The Person:
* A relevant degree / qualification in Construction or Engineering.
* Proven experience as a Project Planner / Programmer in the construction and engineering sectors.
* Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
