I’m looking for an HR Operations Manager to join the London office of a leading law firm on a 12–15 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, professional services environment, supporting a high-performing HR team and ensuring smooth delivery of critical HR functions. What You’ll Do Lead monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage pension administration and employee benefits programs. Maintain HRIS data integrity and support HR reporting and analytics. Oversee onboarding/offboarding operations and year-end reward processes. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver seamless HR services. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements (e.g., SRA, Law Society). Coordinate compliance training and benefits communications. What You’ll Bring Solid experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. Strong pensions knowledge (Aviva experience preferred). High proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (UKG preferred). Experience in law firms or professional services environments. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
