Desired Qualifications & Attributes
* Proven experience working with injection moulding machinery.
* Completed engineering apprenticeship, with relevant qualifications.
* Post‐qualification practical experience in an engineering environment.
* Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Experience in a field service role is beneficial (but not essential).
* Excellent fault‐finding, analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
* Confident communicator with strong listening skills.
* IT literate.
* Positive "can‐do" attitude and commitment to high‐quality work.
* Full, UK driving licence.
What You'll Do
* Install, service, repair and carry out preventative maintenance on products.
* Provide on‐site support to customers across the UK & Ireland (with overnight stays).
* Produce high‐quality service reports and customer documentation after each visit.
* Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through strong technical skills and a professional approach.
* Work safely and comply with company and customer Health & Safety policies.
* Be flexible with working hours to meet customer needs.
