About the role
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for efficiency? Vestacy is looking for a Supply Services Finance Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a real impact on the logistical side of finance. This is a distinctive opportunity to optimise our complex supply chain finances, aligning them with strategic initiatives that propel us forward. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing our operations and ensuring financial prudence in the global market. Take the lead in driving financial excellence within our ambitious team.
Your responsibilities
* E2E ownership of COGS and Inventory across North Europe & ANZ.
* Examine and forecast the gross margin trajectories of different regions, understanding COGS variances in detail to drive corrective actions.
* Plan, track, and reduce supply chain and logistics related costs, collaborating closely with cross-functional finance and non-finance teams, both regionally and locally.
* Responsibility for supply-chain related taxes and sustainability regulatory fees.
* Refine cost-effectiveness of our inbound freight, analysing container fill rates and navigating FX impacts, business partnering with Supply team.
* Oversee freight costs for outbound goods, ensuring contracts reflect the most efficient transport tariffs.
* Innovate to optimise storage costs, handling operations, and stock turnover, contributing to overall supply chain efficiency.
