Education/qualifications
* Degree or equivalent, additional training in working with peers, coaching/CBT training
Knowledge/experience
* Specialist lived experience knowledge, 3+ years in service work, leadership experience, training, evaluation, supervision, risk management, WRAP planning, change management
Skills
* Leadership in community settings, excellent communication skills
