The Vale Federation is looking for a School Administrator to join our dedicated admin team and help keep our school running smoothly.
Weekly Hours: 35 hours per week, 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, Term time only

At Booker Park School, we are looking for an Administrator to join our dedicated team in a busy Special Educational Needs school office. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be working under the guidance of the Senior Administrator and provide essential administrative support across the school. Your work will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding — from greeting visitors and supporting reception, to maintaining school data systems and assisting with pupil-related admin.

•Strong organisational and time management skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Proficiency in IT and data entry
•Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
