We are a fast-growing premium wellness and fresh juice company in Israel seeking a highly motivated bilingual (Hebrew/English) Sales Representative to convert warm leads into paying customers.
We already have a steady flow of inquiries from individuals, corporate clients, and organizations. We need a results-driven salesperson to follow up, nurture relationships, and close deals.
This is NOT cold calling random people — you will be working with qualified leads who have already expressed interest.
Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with incoming leads (phone, WhatsApp, email)
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and ongoing clients
Work inside our CRM to track communication and sales progress
Re-engage past customers and dormant leads
Coordinate with operations for order fulfillment
Provide weekly sales reports and feedback
Identify upsell opportunities and repeat business
Requirements
Fluent Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
Based in Israel
Proven sales experience (B2C and/or B2B)
Strong phone presence and closing ability
Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Professional communication style
Strong Advantage If You Have
Experience in food, wellness, or health products
Familiarity with Israeli business culture
Experience selling to companies or institutions
WhatsApp Business sales experience
