Senior Residential Solicitor – Join a highly regarded residential property team where your expertise is trusted, your development is supported, and your contribution genuinely shapes the firm's future. This is an opportunity to work with high-value clients in a well-established Surrey and London law firm that balances heritage with modern practice. You will join TWM Solicitors, one of the largest legal practices in Surrey and a leading Southeast law firm with roots dating back to the 1790s. With a strong reputation across residential property, private client and family law, the firm supports a diverse client base including high net worth individuals and well-known organisations. You will manage your own residential property matters with autonomy, while contributing to wider team success and firm-wide initiatives. The role is based in the Wimbledon office, with collaboration across Surrey and London locations.
Your day-to-day will include
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
* Advising clients clearly and confidently, delivering a high standard of service
* Developing and maintaining your own client and referrer relationships
* Supervising junior team members and supporting their development where appropriate
* A qualified Solicitor, CILEX Fellow or equivalent, with around 5-6 years' experience
* Strong technical expertise in residential property law with minimal supervision required
* Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet fee earning and billing targets
* Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to practice development
* Confidence working with high value clients and collaborating across teams
