* Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to shape paid media strategy and growth plans.
* Analyse performance and CRM data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
* Manage whitelisting activity where relevant (experience advantageous but not essential).
* Work cross‑functionally with content, design, and wider marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
* Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability
* Continuously testing, learning and scaling what works
About You

* A strong doer who thrives in a hands‑on environment.
* Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and PPC platforms.
* Highly analytical, commercially minded, and confident making data‑driven decisions.
* A self‑starter who can build, optimise, and innovate without heavy oversight.
* Comfortable taking ownership of performance and driving continuous improvement.
* Experience in whitelisting is a bonus.
What We Offer
* Hybrid working: 3 days on-site in the West Midlands, 2 days from home.
* The opportunity to build an in‑house paid media function from the ground up.
