Location: Belfast
Annual Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience

About the Role
You'll work in a small HR team reporting to the HR Manager at our busy food manufacturing site. The role is varied, covering all areas of HR — from recruitment and training to employment casework and attendance management. This is a site-based role on Castlereagh Road, Belfast.

We produce leading UK bakery brands including Kingsmill, Sunblest and Allinson's. At our Belfast site, we make a range of breads such as 50/50, Batch and Veda, along with pancakes, soda and potato bread.

Key Accountabilities
* Advise management on attendance and employment issues.
* Improve engagement and culture through communication.
* Maintain employee relations and partner with shop stewards.
* Deliver training and coach managers.
* Handle HR admin and SuccessFactors updates.
* Support change programmes.
* Lead site training needs and delivery.
* Promote H&S and wellbeing; lead MHFA and Dignity & Diversity Champions.
* Cover HR Manager
The Right Person
* CIPD Qualified is desirable
* Experience in a HRBP role
* Proven interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills to plan/prioritise workload
* Experience of HR systems, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and Word
* Experienced in delivering training eg Induction, HR Policies and Management Development
