Role: IT Support Engineer
Salary: £27,000-£30,000

A growing and forward-thinking business is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) to join its IT team during an exciting phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver 1st and 2nd line support to users, resolving a wide range of IT issues.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems.
* Administer and support the Microsoft 365 suite.
* Set up and manage user accounts, access permissions, and support onboarding/offboarding.
* Build, configure, and maintain hardware such as laptops and desktops.
* Assist with IT projects, including the in-house integration of a newly acquired business.
* Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset registers, and internal knowledge bases.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a 1st and/or 2nd line IT support role.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS and DHCP.
* Hands-on experience supporting and configuring hardware.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
