The Role…

As the Campaign Delivery Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the email marketing strategy for Hearst UK’s growing portfolio of subscriptions, memberships, and branded products. Working as part of the Customer team and reporting to the Campaign Delivery Manager, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to deliver personalised and impactful email campaigns. Your work will be crucial to driving engagement, improving retention, and supporting net customer growth.

Main Duties…

* Build and execute dynamic email campaigns using our Email Service Provider (ESP), including automated, in-life customer journeys.
* Develop audience segmentation strategies using the Hearst database to create targeted, high-performing campaigns.
* Support brand expansion initiatives by delivering email activity for beauty boxes, events, licensed products, and memberships.
* Maintain the email calendar, ensuring compliance with email frequency caps and campaign schedules.
* Assist in quality checking all campaign assets to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimisation across devices.
* Support monthly planning and testing meetings to drive best practices and continual improvement.

What We Are Looking For…

* Experience in email marketing, CRM or a similar role, preferably in the media industry or a consumer-focused environment.
* Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques and targeted marketing approaches.
* Analytical skills, including Excel, and the ability to analyse customer data, metrics, and trends.
* Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team and across departments.
