We’re looking for a Senior Safety & Reliability Engineer to join a technically sophisticated team influencing the design, development, and delivery of complex systems. This role is at the heart of ensuring that safety and reliability are optimised across cutting-edge military products, providing assurance to internal teams and customers alike.
You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, applying system engineering principles to balance safety, reliability, time, and cost constraints, while contributing to safety and reliability case development. This is an opportunity to work in a high-performing environment with international exposure and a focus on technically challenging projects.
Key Skills & Expertise
* Experience in hazard analysis, safety evaluation, and integration with system engineering processes.
* Ability to deliver Safety Case Reports, Hazard Analysis, FTA, FMECA, reliability prediction, and other supporting documentation.
* Strong understanding of reliability planning, analysis, and testing within complex electronic systems.
* Knowledge of UK and international system engineering processes.
* Proven track record in multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong verbal and written communication.
* Degree qualified or equivalent experience in engineering or related discipline.
