We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join a welcoming school/college setting in Lingfield. You will play a key role in supporting SEN learners to access education, develop independence, and achieve their personal goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to SEN learners Assist students with EHCP targets and individual learning plans Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Work collaboratively with teachers and therapy teams Requirements: Experience supporting SEN learners (school or college setting preferred) Patient, resilient and proactive approach Strong communication skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain) If you are committed to making a genuine difference, we would love to hear from you.
