We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and experienced Removal Manager to lead and oversee their relocation operations in UK (office in Heathrow). This position requires a native Japanese speaker to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and professional relocation experience. Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight Plan, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of removal operations. Ensure timely availability of materials and resources for seamless execution. Deliver high-quality moving services tailored to customer needs. Team Leadership Supervise and support moving staff to ensure safe and efficient work practices. Manage shift schedules and provide training to enhance team performance. Client Engagement Meet with clients to understand their specific relocation requirements. Address and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Budget & Cost Management Oversee operational budgets and optimize cost efficiency. Monitor material and labor expenses to ensure operations remain within budget. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Implement new tools and technologies to improve service delivery and reduce costs. Quality & Safety Assurance Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Maintain high service standards and continuously improve based on client feedback. Candidate Profile Industry Experience: Background in the moving or logistics industry is essential. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
