This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a refined, ingredient-led concept serving 50–100 covers in a beautifully designed space, complete with a brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen. The pastry team benefits from its own dedicated department, including a large and spacious prep kitchen, allowing you to focus on creativity, precision and execution at the highest level.
The Role
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will:
* Run a section within a dedicated pastry department
* Deliver high-quality, refined Mediterranean-inspired desserts
* Work with premium seasonal ingredients
* Maintain exceptional presentation and consistency
* Contribute positively to a collaborative and ambitious kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in high-end kitchens (Michelin-starred background highly desirable)
* Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail
* A positive attitude and genuine team spirit – character and collaboration are key to the Head Chef
* Professionalism, reliability and passion for excellence
What’s On Offer
* £36,000–£40,000 depending on experience
* 45-hour contract
* Flexible shift patterns:
* 4 doubles, 3 days off
* or 5 days on, 2 days off
* Immediate start available
