Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Newton Abbot
Salary: £29, per annum
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 5:00pm this could be flexible for the right candidate

The Role: As an Accounts Administrator you will work in a small but friendly team and support with all aspects of the accounts function as well as some general administration support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Answering telephone and managing emails
2. All aspects of invoicing
3. Sales and Purchase Ledger
4. Reconciliation
5. Credit Control
6. Placing orders
7. Assistance with preparation of Management Accounts
8. Handling invoice queries
9. General administration to support the team
Your skills and attributes:
� Proven experience in finance
� Proficiency in financial software ideally XERO and MS Office, particularly Excel
� High level of accuracy and attention to detail
� Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
� A can-do attitude and self-motivation
10. Experience within the construction sector preferable but not essential
� Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
