We’re looking for a Resource Planner for our growing client based in Cumbria on a permanent basis, paying a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 + Great benefits.
This role offers hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office 1–2 days per week.
This is a great new role for the organisation – an opportunity to build and establish a resource planning practice at the heart of operations.
The successful Resource Planner will bring proven skills in:
* Workforce scheduling and rota management (ideally across multiple sites).
* Experience with workforce management or HR systems.
* Strong data analysis and forecasting ability to support operational planning.
* Collaborative stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to balance service delivery, compliance, and wellbeing.
