Overview
Job Title: Helpdesk Operator
Employer: Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services
Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Responsibilities
* Communicate with Fire and Security Engineers / Regional service Managers
* Handle emails and phone calls
* Oversee and schedule Engineer workload up to 30 days in advance via Cash and IFS
* Meet Service Levels (SLAs) and follow management instructions
* Communicate with multiple Helpdesks to ensure delivery of customer service and resolve customer queries
* Input data and maintain customer records
* Ensure all call outs logged have correct information within C4W (e.g., purchase order, reason code, call type, contact name and number, full descriptions of works required)
* Work as part of a large team
Requirements
* Minimum of one year's customer service experience in a customer-facing role
